For 20 years Elisa has been a high-achieving entrepreneur building a hugely successful global fashion and design business. A graduate of Hangzhou University, Elisa has also gained additional qualifications form the internationally recognized CEIBS and is a leader at the highly renowned Philanthropy Forum. Having achieved so much from her business life, Elisa is now passionately committed to philanthropy and founded Echo Education to achieve this goal.

Rishi has many years of experience working in the educational aid community both in the UK and abroad. Having established highly innovative educational programmes with BBC Media Action in Bangladesh, Rishi has overseen the genesis of Echo Education with Elisa. A graduate of Oxford University and a committed educator in his own right, Rishi is leading the global development of Echo Education’s programmes.

Sonia has dedicated herself to a life focused on helping others. She has been a key player on the ground, fulfilling educator/organizer roles across all of Echo Education’s programmes. Crucially, as a director she has been integral to the vision and direction of Echo Education from its outset keeping the organization focused on the challenges facing millennials around the world.

Aged just 16 years old and a student at UWCSEA, Eliza has also dedicated herself to a life focused on helping others. She is fulfilling the role of an educator/organizer of classes and focusing on maximising the impact that she has upon the societies we work with. Eliza has also built the Echo Education website in order to spread our message and encourage other changemakers to not only take part in, but also learn more about such global issues.
